About Simon:
Simon did his Permaculture Design Course with Brighton Permaculture Trust in 2007. He is passionate about proper local food. His day job is as an organic baker at Infinity Foods Worker Co-op. His passion for bread comes across in this video: Simon has volunteered with the Scrumping Project for a number of years and has now stepped up to lead juicing sessions at the Fruit Factory.
