Ways to get involved

Whether you'd like to learn more about permaculture, live more sustainably, meet other like-minded people, or contribute to the cause of sustainable development, Brighton Permaculture Trust offers ways to get involved on a number of levels.

The first and easiest way to get involved is to sign up for our mailing list. We'll email you our monthly newsletter that lists the courses and events coming up as well as news from our organisation and partners.

If you're on social media, you can also follow us on Facebook and Twitter.

Another easy way to learn more about permaculture and meet other permie-minded folks is to come to one of our monthly pub meet-ups, called PiP (Permaculture in the Pub). These are currently held on the second Thursday of every month at the Earth and Stars in Brighton, but we recommend that you check the event page before attending, in case of cancellation.

If you have some time on your hands and would like to donate to a worthy cause, we offer a number of volunteering opportunities. You might be scrumping in an apple orchard, helping out at our annual Apple Day event, or working on our plot at Stanmer Park. Learn more.

Taking one of our courses is a great way to learn more about a topic of interest and connect with other people who share the same interests. Many of our courses are held at the award-winning Earthship Brighton.
