Join Kirsty for a regular maintenance sess ion. Work will focus on general maintenance and up keep of the orchard - it is a huge and beautiful s pace and our aim is to look after needs of the fru it trees and maintain biodiversity. Racehill is a sanctuary for wildlife and as such is not a neat a nd tidy orchard which is part of it's charm.

has some flexibility time wise so if you want to a
rrive later/leave earlier it is not a problem.
\n Please read for your safety - please be aware that Racehill orchard is a wild
and wonderful place with many wild and wonderful f
lowers and plants too. There are some that can sti
ng\, some can scratch\, some even have sap that ca
n burn if it gets on your skin and is exposed to t
he sun. Therefore long trousers/sleeves highly rec
ommended as are long socks and work boots/footwear
with ankle protection. Shredded ankles aren't fun
!
