Thursday 29th August at Peacehaven Centenary Park 10.30am - 4pm (or 2 sessions detailed below).
Brighton Permaculture Trust have already helped plant an orchard and shelterbelt with volunteers - a further 23 trees were added last winter.
Tasks for the sessions may include: watering, weeding, checking general health, feeding, fruit removal and checking stakes with special attention being paid to the younger trees. We may also mulch with woodchip if possible.
If you are unable to attend for the full day there are 2 sessions from 10.30am - 1pm and 1.30 - 4pm. Please indicate which sessions you can attend when signing up.
