The courses below are discounted for volunteers who have done 8 hours work for us over the past year – choose the rate appropriate to your personal circumstances and apply discount codes listed below in appropriate box on the booking form. You must have done 8 hours volunteering with us per course booking.
Also, just to be clear (we’ve had queries about this in the past), you are not paying to come along and volunteer, these prices are for you to attend the course.
Please note we do not accept offers of future volunteering in exchange – you need to have done the hours before booking a course.

We are very grateful for a donation from the estate of Neil Smith which has enabled us to set up a new bursary fund. Sadly Neil passed away in 2017. He was instrumental in setting up Racehill Community Orchard and this fantastic project would not be what it is today without his hard work. You can read Kirsty Sloman’s celebration of Neil’s life here.
This new fund has enabled us to offer volunteer discounts of 25% or 50% on most of our courses.
The number of volunteer discounts available on each course is limited and the current level of discounts are only available until the Neil Smith bursary fund is depleted; places are on a ‘first come first served’ basis.
