Sunday 27th April Juice and cider bar at Apple Blossom Day 12pm - 4pm
Join our Apple Blossom day team and sell our delicious scrumped apple juice and cider to the public. People with bar experience would be ideal but don't let that put you off if it's something you would really like to do. You will be selling alcohol to the public so we will need to run through some legalities with you before the event if you don't have experience selling alcohol. If you've not worked on our bar before we will also need you to learn how to use our Izettle for card payments. You will need to keep the bar clean and tidy/stocked up and help pack down at the end of the day.
Please mention on the sign up form if you have any experience.
Please register for this task, so we know who is coming and only register if you are sure you can come.
IMPORTANT: Please do not register to take part if you are ill or have had any sickness or diarrhoea in the previous 14 days.
This session is not suitable for small children or people with wasp allergies.
Your host
Nick Casey
When you register you will receive an email which will give you his contact phone number in case you need to call him on the day.
Practical stuff
Important: Volunteers for this event will be able to park for free in the main carpark - you will need to collect your pass from the Fruit Factory on the day.
Please bring whatever food and drink you need to sustain you for the day (please note there is a cafe opposite the Fruit Factory). There are also tea/coffee making facilities in the Fruit Factory. Please dress for outdoor/rough work, tough shoes, suitable clothes etc.
There are toilets adjacent to the Fruit Factory and also toilets at One Garden nearby.
We are working outdoors so dress as weather conditions dictate.
Directions
We will meet at the Fruit Factory which is in Stanmer village almost opposite the cafe. See 2nd map down via this link:
If you get lost, please call Nick.
